The Self-Care Treatment Center is located right inside the Health Services Office. Common OTC medicines are available to students and staff anytime during Health Service hours. These medicines include headache remedies, cold and flu remedies, and indigestion tablets (ibuprofen, cough drops, etc.).

FORMS
Physical exams are required only for students participating in intercollegiate athletics. The form must be signed by the student's physician and returned to Dr. Tom Caccese, Athletic Director at Penn State, Hazleton campus.
