The Residence Life Vision & Mission
Residence Life assists students in their transition to on-campus living. Residence Life values learning; i.e.; growth and the advancement of knowledge, skills and understanding in all dimensions. Some of the primary responsibilities include: programming, student activities, roommate disputes, counseling, emergency response, general student concerns, and student discipline.
The residence halls at Penn State Hazleton are supervised by the Associate Director of Student Services & Engagement and the Residence Life Coordinators along with undergraduate student Resident Assistants (RAs). The Associate Director of Student Services & Engagement along with the professional and student staff are responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures necessary for the maximum educational and social impact of residential living.
