This club was established to bring together student who have an interest in Japanese animation and related topics.

Association of Residence Hall Students (A.R.H.S.)

This organization is the governing board for the Residence Halls and also provides activities for Residence Hall students.

Business Club (Phi Beta Lambda)

Open to students of all majors, FBLA-PBL is a nonprofit association comprised of over 250,000 students preparing for careers in business and business-related fields. FBLA-PBL's National Awards Program recognizes and rewards excellence in a broad range of business and career-related areas. Through state-based competition at the spring State Leadership Conference, students compete in events testing their business knowledge and skills. Top state winners are then eligible to compete for honors at the National Leadership Conference each summer.

Blue and White Society

The society is student contingent of the Penn State Alumni Association.  The mission of the Society is to enhance student life through promoting Penn State pride, community service and dedication to the University.

A group of students interested in gaining more knowledge of the teaching profession.

Society of the Arts S.O.T.A.

This group provides a finer appreciate of the visual and performing arts among students, faculty and community.  Several theatrical presentations are held throughout the year.


Hazleton's branch of the Penn State Dance Marathon Committee.  Holds events and fund raises to support families dealing with pediatric cancer.  In 2007 the overall THON committee raised 6.6 million dollars.
