Dr. Grace Delgado, "The Immigration Debate: Benefit or Burden?"
2010 Constitution Day Lecture
Dr. Delgado is an Assistant Professor of History at Penn State University, University Park. Her talk will address the current day immigration debate by discussing how Latino immigrants are both a benefit and burden to the US economy. Her talk concludes by addressing possible solutions to illegal immigration while considering President Obama's border enforcement policies.
