As the independent Special Investigative Counsel to the Board of Trustees' Special Investigations Task Force, Louis J. Freeh, announced during the November 21, 2011, press conference announcing the formation of the Special Investigations Task Force, a confidential, toll-free hotline has been established by the Special Investigative Counsel for anyone with information that could assist in his investigation.
